Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Atlanta ABC Limousine Service LLC. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services, website, and mobile applications (collectively, "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Cancellations & Deposits

All cancellations must be made by placing a phone call (770-783-1988) & Email (info@atlabclimos.com) requesting. All deposits are non-refundable.

Late Fees

Late fees are assessed after a 15-minute wait time and are billed at the applicable charter rate with a 3-hour minimum.

Reservation Cancellations

Reservations canceled within less than 2 hours prior to the scheduled pick up will be billed in full.

Additional Charges

A $15 charge for extra stops (This applies to only transfers, not to hourly work).

Flight Changes & Delays

Each client is responsible to notify us of all airline changes, delays, cancellations, and missed flights. Delayed flights are billed after flight arrival.

Please observe our non-smoking policy.

Vehicle Damage & Responsibility:

The client is responsible for guests and assumes full financial responsibility for any damages to vehicles whether by accident, neglect, or intent. Any damage to the limousine vehicles caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party will incur a fee depending on the cost of damage estimated by the company for each carpet or seat burn. A sanitation fee of $350.00 applies.

Capacity & Smoking Policy:

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity. Please observe our non-smoking policy.

Alcohol & Drug Use:

Alcohol consumption and drug use is prohibited by law. We assume no responsibility for articles left in vehicles.

Driver Rights:

The Driver may terminate the charter at any time without refund if they deem the party unruly or endangering the safe operation of the vehicle.

Delays & Unforeseen Events:

We will not be responsible for any delays or inconveniences due to traffic, unforeseen mechanical failures, or situations deemed an "Act of God."

Substitution of Vehicles:

We reserve the right to substitute alternative vehicles in the event of an occurrence beyond our control.

Financial Responsibilities:

The client assumes full financial responsibility for all payments due at the end of the charter, including overtime pay, wait time, gratuity, and damage fees by accepting our Terms and Conditions.

Late Arrivals:

Passengers who arrive 15 or more minutes past the scheduled pick-up time will be billed $8 per 5 minutes up to 30 minutes, with a 2-hour minimum thereafter. This does not apply to commercial plane delays and all charter (hourly charge) work.

Vehicle Substitution:

We will send a similar vehicle if the vehicle you are asking for is not available.

Curbside & Inside Meet Instructions

Curbside Meet:
All passengers, Domestic and International Terminal, please CALL or TEXT your Assigned Driver when you are at baggage claim area. Your driver will meet you at Lower Level South (LS2) or Lower Level North (LN2) Door or #A1-#A3 Middle Island at the International Terminal.

Inside Meet:

Your chauffeur will be waiting in the roped-off chauffeur waiting area before the North and South terminal baggage claims.
- American Airlines: Your chauffeur will be waiting in the North terminal roped-off chauffeur waiting area.
- United Airlines: Your chauffeur will be waiting in the North terminal roped-off chauffeur waiting area.

Atlanta Airport Pick-ups
Domestic Flights: Vehicles departing up to 30 minutes after flight arrival have no additional charge.
International Flights: Vehicles departing up to 1 hour after flight arrival have no additional charge.
